Did not stop for the gas but instead for the cars and wood carvings around the building. The view from next to the building is very pretty. Wood carvings were reasonably priced but no way to get it home.

If you have any kids under the age of 12 this place will be an amazing magical Mecca of massive proportions. If your son or daughter is into Ghostbusters, Monster trucks, Lightning McQueen or Bigfoot, this place will absolutely blow minds. Eldorado corner market in Boulder, CO is not only a convenience store, gas station, gift shop, and liquor store it is also a museum of pop-culture sculptures and spectacular statues.

I had low expectations of this spot but found a good snacks selection and some exciting artwork. Also a good location 3 miles from Elsie Canyon.

The gas is too expensive, but the animal statues are fun! If you are looking for a photo op, go for the buffalo with view of mountains in the background. We grabbed some cider from the liquor store (which was also pricey) but at least we didn’t get gas there. The little gift shop is cute. If I was on a road trip, I think I would have liked to look around the souvenir section and posed with the gas pump elk.

Gas is easily two dollars more than everywhere else. I’m guessing the owners need to afford to pay for their dumb monster trucks. Here’s an idea, how about selling gas at a comparable price and make the store geared to locals rather than repulsing them...this place adds no value. In that case your pumps and your parking lot wouldn’t be empty…sad but you can’t fix stupidity…

Stopped and got tacos in the afternoon after hiking, food was great though did take quite a while for them to prepare, I think it was because the guys in front of me ordered something unusual that just took longer or whatever. Worth a stop on the way to or from El dorado.

Place is a price gouging with fuel. 6$ for a gallon! Other stations not far are at 4 or less. Do not buy fuel from this location.
