Britt Kwan was extremely patient with me. I applied for the program in October. Shortly after, my family got covid. I was honest with her and asked for extra time to respond to the first set of questions. She was Understanding and personable.Patience and kindness goes a long way. It’s a somewhat of a long process of questions, but worth it, if you truly need their services. Just be honest and patient, they will get back to you.

I greatly appreciate your service. I found a great lawyer who did what she promised to do and did it in a timely manner. Since that matter couldn't be resolved, I have to go a different route and she couldn't help me further, I used your service to obtain a different lawyer and I am excited to work with her. Thank you

Well, the problem is unless an attorney can benefit from a lawsuit they won't spend the time. No matter the principle. Old disabled people can be taken advantage of and end up homeless.

I sent an email (with an application) to the Modest Means Program over 2 weeks ago after Mr. Simon suggested it. I even left a voice mail. I get the feeling that I'm being ignored. I haven't heard from anyone. Is this program for real, or not? I'm still waiting!!
