Was unfortunate enough to meet this clown as a court appointed arbitrator in a civil contract dispute case some years ago. His more than biased and unfair decision left an entire law firm scratching their heads. We don't think he even read the contract. He sure did spend plenty of extra time alone with defendant after the case was heard though? If you are a decent looking woman, he will trade for sexual favors and/or just slip him a few bucks under the table. Negative 5 stars!
