Our family hired Fred for my husbands post decree case, then Lucy for our appeals case; Not only did they win our case, they were the BEST law firm we have done business with in the 12 years we've been in court; Our case was a case of precedent which our sons were being abused and the layers of lies were so thick that when we started, my husband had supervised visitation and ended up with my husband winning full custody and decision-making; Fred was AMAZING!! His representation of the facts was so awesome, opposing council withdrew bc the mom was lying on the witness stand and Fred's cross examining was ON POINT! We couldn't have asked for a better team! We are sad we moved outta CO to only move to outta State where they didn't have another Fred and Associates! For the record, Wendi (paralegal) was our favorite; We miss them all! Fred Dunsing was awesome to work with and was very straight forward when giving legal advise. So much was up in the air when I was dealing with my divorce, Fred brought me back down to what the reality of my divorce would look like and had empathy for my situation. He was caring ,a great listener, a problem solver fierce attorney for our situation. He went to bat for us and really came through. Fred Dunsing and his team work hard and will fight hard on your behalf. They are very understanding and supportive. I came in with a case I never thought I would ever have to experience. I had just consulted with a different lawyer that tried to mansplain to me why I had no legal ground to fight and should just accept an outcome that did not benefit my interests. Mr. Dunsing was the complete opposite. He was very understanding and very forthright about his ability to present and defend my interests in the case.
