I needed to resolve an issue with a neighbor who was causing damage my property while he was renovating his property. I sought out DBL (George Hawkins and Ryan Kennedy) for an assist. They built a winning case in a lower court decision and succeeded in developing a mutually agreeable settlement agreement a couple of months before a jury trial. Christopher M. Arakaky is extremely unprofessional. I was seeking a law firm that I can PAY to assist me in retrieving a foreign judgement in Virginia. Arakaky gave me instructions on what documentations were needed to move forward. After running around for months, he refused to further assist me with no explanation, cancelled our appointments and pretended to know nothing about my case. It was weird because he pretended to be sympathetic and concerned. P.S. other law firms DO NOT require clients to find and complete the court documents needed to collect a foreign judgement. Law firms charge 1/3 to 1/2 of the judgement because of the paper work involved to collect the judgement.
