I was admitted to the hospital Friday afternoon being diagnosed as having cardiac arrest and pneumonia. At the time I had a nerve block in my left shoulder from surgery on my hand 3 days earlier. The nerve block caused paralysis in my left lung, which led to the pneumonia and an indication of a heart attack according to a high level of an enzyme in my blood work, And the EKG showed heart irregular. The Hospital doctor called Dr Law on Friday night and Dr Law came to the hospital that night. He immediately asked to have me hooked up for an EKG sitting in a chair and it indicated heart attack. Dr Laws had me lay down on my left side and do another EKG. Because of my paralysis in the lung it made it look as though heart attack. By getting that paralyzed portion of my lung out of the way, my EKG was fine. Dr Laws followed up with visits on both Saturday and Sunday.

We are so blessed to have Dr Laws I the valley.
