My review is 5-stars and well deserved! I called DMN&AS on 5/17 for an emergency notary request. My son and I were purchasing a condo in NC and our closing was scheduled for 5/18. The problem was that my son was in San Diego and I needed a Power of Attorney signed and put in a FedEx envelope on 5/17 so it could deliver on 5/18. Anton received an email from me with the POA file, he printed it, then drove an hour to meet my son in a truck stop, he had the POA signed and notarized and in the FedEx store by the 4pm cutoff time. He did this all within 2-hours of my first contact. I would not have been able to close on our mortgage as scheduled if it had not been for the amazing service Anton provided!
