We have been working with Downs Law for over a year. They are so nice and helpful. They are always patient with our questions which has helped us learn and grow. Will is amazing at negotiating, he worked with the other sides lawyers to get us to a deal that worked for everyone. He also really did us solid on the closing documents by adding in some clauses to protect our business and asset. Harmony has also been tremendously helpful, she is a wealth of knowledge and really helped us out when weren’t able to resolve an issue with an odd parcel division issue and on issues. Both Harmony and Will are such unbelievably kind people, and we really felt better with them working as a team to support us. We have been working on commercial real estate deals with them so far, and already have plans to work with them on our future deals moving forward, we also intend to work with them on our personal real estate deals. Being able to trust your attorney to have your best interest is a must, and Down’s Law gave us that.
