Don’t rent here! They have voted to be not-renter friendly. We were rudely kicked off the half-empty beach today because we were short-term renters who apparently are not allowed in on Saturdays, although nothing online or in any of the documentation we received said that. We paid a lot of money for a nice vacation here the week all COVID-19 restrictions were lifted because of the beginning of “low season”. After a week of horribly smoky days, the first day it was somewhat clearer so that a beach day was possible—we were kicked off. We were also told that beginning January 1, 2021, renters will no longer be allowed to use the Dollar Point facilities. So don’t bother renting here.

Great place to grab a house for a week or more. Awesome access to the lake with a beautiful beach and great aminities. Highly recommend as a hub for all your Tahoe adventures!
