Hello people i am going on 11 years experiencing Arizona’s system once’s I became acclimated to this system which needs major work & overhaul i secured my first job within six months. The industry that i selected was security trident security was the first Whelan security the second I experienced and completed difficult assignments with five different entities two year durations with four of them & one year two months with SOS security . Moving forward my life did a 360 in 2023 I survived major life threatening heart surgery after a grueling slow recovery I applied for disability benefits and was denied, down but not out I discovered disability help group Arizona every time i visited the office at 1833 W. Main st #101 Mesa AZ, Maritza Nancy & the other ladies i was greeted and treated with respect & care. During my hearing via zoom Dave Osborn did a fabulous job representing me in my conclusion i am living witness and can truly say that this group of professionals knows exactly what they are doing by the way they do 80% of the work for all we have to do is 20% which is easy so as my word is bond I recommend Disability Help Group i won my benefits on the second attempt end of story…….

I had a very great experience. I had tried to do my grandson’s disability on my own when I found out about the disability help group. They were more than happy to help me. The outcome was great. He did receive his services anytime I called. They were gladly to give me information and updates on what was happening with his case. I would definitely refer anyone to them because I had an awesome lawyer that helped us and have patience with us.

I am a true believer in disability advocates! They help navigate SS Claims. Disability Help Group helped navigate, answer any questions that we had anytime something came up and helped remind us of what was still needed. 25% if back pay is awarded is a small price for the assistance that is given! Thank you for all you do!

RUN.

this place is HORRIBLE. I requested legel representation for help with my disability claim.

This place has forgotten appointments.

Failed to be on time to pre trial hearing and even missed one COMPLETELY.

Dave Completely forgot my story during pre trial hearing one and two which was nearly 4 days apart. The second one was requested as I wasn't confident.

They didn't update the courts with my contact info which resulted in a delay of hearing the first time, this was confirmed by the court clerks office.

The representatives up front are also incompetent and unprofessional, I even received a call one day stating they cannot continue the case as I don't have enough credits after 2 years of working with them, When I reached out that was apparently a "mistake" and I was fine.

The day of the trial i wasn't advocated for, he just barely spoke and my presentation was horrible due to my severe anxiety and concentration. I was alone during that hearing and 100% felt it. I was asked questions that didn't make sense to me and I LOOKED like a fool to the judge.

I called with displeasure at the end only to be told "it's 50/50 at this point.

Fast forward to the denial, not one call from Dave explaining anything, I had to reach out and tell them as I noticed it via the portal.

They swore up and down the functional limitation reports which the drs supported were extremely important and I have years of evidence supporting my struggles yet those did nothing.

Fast forward to today, I called to obtain MY records, Gave my name and was hastily hung up on. Now no one will answer and a voicemail isn't even an option.

Do NOT trust this place with your life, your stability and recovery depends on it.

I would recommend the Disability help group in Mesa Arizona to anyone that has a disability and keeps getting denied. I was at the end of my rope until I became a client of the Disability Help Group. All the staff is very polite and more than willing to help you. I never had to go to the office which was convenient they provided their services primarily through the phone and mail.

David Osborne was my lawyer and he did a phenomenal job. He managed to get me a hearing with a judge, which he prepared me for in advance. He also made sure my records and information were obtained and presented to the judge in a timely fashion. Communication was always clear. If it weren’t for the Disability Help Group I would have no benefits at all. It is true that their cut of the back pay is 25% but it’s well worth it, and you don’t pay it out of pocket for their services.
