Words truly cannot express the care and excellent services that were provided for my grandmother here. We pre-purchased a plan awhile back and when she passed away it made things extremely easy for us when planning her services and burial. My mother's partner passed a few weeks before my mother. I was not in the area when they passed, but when I did arrive I asked to see her and within a few hours I was able to come see my mom for the last time in their chapel. She was laid out very peacefully with a nice blanket.
Both my mother and her partner were cremated shortly after. James ensured that we filled out the paperwork correctly and signed, although due to changing technologies, a few errors occurred with pricing. I suggest you check and make sure everything is paid for if you are dealing with a pre-paid contract. It can be confusing with different insurance providers. I didn't feel as if I was overly pressed to purchase anything. I asked for the cheapest container available for my mother and the TPU container was provided with no harsh upselling. All my questions were answered and both my mother's and her partner's remains were treated with dignity and respect.
You may not always be able to deal with the same person every time, but every person that helped knew what they were doing within reason. Sometimes there are outside insurance companies that can complicate the process. Every time we walked in we were greeted within seconds and I am grateful to everyone for making the process the least painful it could have been. I feel that Dimond & Sons is reliable, flexible, and respectful.
Extra items that you may be interested in are necklaces with fingerprints of your loved one or wearable symbols that can hold a few of the cremated remains.

Amazing care was provided for my mom from pick up through the entire process of receiving her remains. They were genuinely caring and sensitive to our loss. They also cared for my dad who passed years earlier. I will only use Dimond and Sons.

Unfortunately I have to give 1 Star. If I could give ZERO Stars I would. My Father passed away on a Saturday. (He in AZ, myself and the remainder of his family in PA & NY). We went with Diamond & Sons at the recommendation of the Hospice Agency he was working with. I was told someone would contact me on Monday between 9am-12pm AZ time (I am 3 Hours ahead). By 2pm EDT no one had contacted me. This began a journey that was more difficult than it needed to be. Every single contact with Diamond and Sons was initiated by me. Elly would tell me she was sending paperwork "in 5 minutes" only for us to have to call back 4 hours later. She did nothing to explain the entire process to us. Once my father was finally cremated we called to verify if he had been sent, only to be told "Oh we missed the cut off for today's mail, but he'll go out first thing in the morning". On Friday I waited another 5 HOURS for tracking information before having the only other family member I trust to call. She was told "We don't know if he was cremated we had an issue with the fuses on Tuesday" (we knew for fact he was cremated Tuesday), and "We didn't send him yet because the family hasn't paid us" (The bill was paid in full 3 days after he passed). A few minutes into that call I received the tracking number as the subject line of an email and a very rude "Please check and see when it will arrive. Sincerely Funeral Home". The lack of compassion and understanding by Elly made a difficult situation worse. I ABSOLUTELY WOULD NOT recommend Diamond & Sons. (Rebecca however was wonderful and a huge help)
