I am grateful to Mr. Wilcox. I, on behalf of my daughter, contacted a list of SS disability lawyers who ALL refused to take the case. They all expected a case where it guaranteed maximum payment. Earlier we had left a voice message on Mr. Wilcox's messaging service. We had given up hope of finding anyone who would take the case but Mr. Wilcox's assistant returned our call and told us that he is not like other lawyers I felt a sense of hope. She's right. He treated us with humanity and worked with us on the appeal. It's difficult to navigate the complexities of the Social Security administration's legalities, red tape, and bureaucracy. So often it's forgotten that everyone is different and each situation is unique. It's been a long difficult process. No matter the outcome we are relieved and comforted that we have Attorney Wilcox with us.

After being denied twice for disability, I learned of di Lorenzo & Wilcox through a friend and turned to them for help. Though I was denied by the judge twice, they didn't give up on my case. Working with my doctors and Mr Wilcox paid off in the end and my case was won. The staff is very professional and easy to work with. Our experience with Mr. Wilcox rates as perhaps the best we have had with an attorney. He and his office staff are knowledgeable, patient and kind. The path to SSI is long and fraught with roadblocks, but you are in good hands with these folks. Definitely a five star experience.

I'd give zero stars if I could. I can not get in touch with anyone in this office. Show up on thursday to the office to find a note on the door available for walk ins mon-wed-fri. So I come back on Friday and while there is a car in the parking lot the door is locked and I still can not reach anyone on the phone. I'm now looking for a new attorney.
