Nice people But don't get the same information from everyone. For my Grandson I needed to get his shots, two ladies told me he needed everything. The lady before We went in to get the shots said he only need boosters. which was better anyway. The lady that gave the shots was cold and rough with him, hell it hurt me the way she gave shots

Worst DHS office in Arkansas! These FOOLS are absolutely willing to break the law if it suits their needs! Dirt Bag Crooks that take health insurance from disabled people and their kids even though that's ILLEGAL in the state of Arkansas! Illiterate, Uneducated, Ignorant, workers that have No Clue what they're doing!!

No matter what you're going to this place for make sure you get all of your paperwork copied stamped and signed because they're most likely will lose it more than once and you will have to provide that information again I've dealt with this numerous of times with these people now every single time I deal with them I always get my original copies stamped dated and signed as long as you do that you shouldn't have any problems

I have had to be in contact with this office several times, both as a law enforcement officer before I retired, and on behalf of grandchildren more recently.
This is the best-run and most responsive DHS office I’ve ever dealt with. They treat clients with respect - unlike many social services agencies I’ve heard of or observed. The staff is very well trained to understand that people should not have to give up their dignity, just because they need help.
Conway County Human Service is a place I feel comfortable sending people who need help. I know efforts will be made and that the client will not be mistreated.
I hope the state recognizes the dedication and excellence of this office of the huge Arkansas Department of Human Services.

This offices dhs working do not do their job. They barely answer the phone. When they do answer they put u on hold for hours. Then lie about everything making you think your case is all good. Then close your case saying you never turned in info they never asked for.

I do not like Dhs.t hay take kids just too get money in thir pockets and place them with guys and Lizbows t hay say that out too get good homes for kids that's a bus e d but tthay put them in worster homes t hay got my grandson and in study of trying to place them with family t hay place him with a 2 man t hay are guy .when t hay can place them in my big home with me dhs is not good sorry this is a bad subject for me but the truth and ppl afraid to go August dhs.I hear a lot and seen a lot about Dhs .
