One of the worst attorneys you will ever encounter. Be advised to get hung up on the phone while you are having a conversation about your case. They won’t even answer your questions and very unprofessional and disrespectful and rude to deal with. They are very aggressive and hate there jobs. Shame on you all for conducting a firm and business like this. Everyone Deserves to be talk with respect when calling you over the phone to discuss a case that has open by this firm. Not hung up before even done with a question. The whole call was 38 seconds and I was hung up on. Shame on all you unprofessionals.

Very Unprofesional and Rude

I had a very unprofessional experience with this firm. After waiting for seventeen minutes, I decided to leave a call-back number. Twenty minutes later, I received a call from a female attorney who was very rude and lacked energy. After listening to my request, she hung up the call. Initially, I thought it might have been an accident and waited for a call back, but no one reached out. I dialed their number again and waited another twenty minutes to get an agent. At that point, I decided that, after wasting close to one hour trying to get hold of someone at this firm, it's not worth my time. Furthermore, what kind of service can you expect from a firm like this one? There was a total lack of courtesy or professional service. It seems like they have more work than they can handle.

Dennis Block's firm has prevailed in court in every eviction they have represented us in. I highly recommend watching the videos and seminars in which Mr. Block speaks about landlord/tenant laws.
Part of your responsibility as a landlord or manager is to put in the effort into learning about the laws that govern your business.

I don't have any issue waiting on hold because I know that once they take my case, my chances for prevailing in court are 100%.

What happened to this place? No one answers the phone, no one cares. When I finally got a 3rd party attorney on the phone she was curt and obtuse. I very quickly and concisely explained our predicament - which is nuanced - the lady just tossed out some 2k eviction cost and said that's it. Very disappointing to see how what was once the best service is now a broken cruel and condescending beaurcracy. I was willing to give them my money. Dennis, where art thou former self?

I have attempted to reach this firm on 7 different occasions, specifically an attorney named Grayce. I have waited on hold for up to 17 minutes on one occasion to only be transferred to a person that had no knowledge of the case, being promised I would receive a call back and of course did not. Very unprofessional.

Avoid them like the Plague. you pay them $3000 but that just covered a letter you can write yourself (3 day notice to pay) and file for an unlawful detainer (eviction process). And then oh boy, fees ad up quickly in the least transparent way !! And it's 350/hour for that level of service ...

I am sure You can have great and efficient lawyers for that price ...

Don’t hire them they are a waste of money. Terrible experience and they overcharge to not get anything done. Invest your time and money looking into attorneys that are actually willing to do their jobs not like Dennis Block don’t be fooled by the name.
