Receptionist doesn't know anything, takes about 3 hours to be attended & when you are in all you discuss is gossip from others that live in the town & the problems aren't solved instead they want to put you in medications so if you are into that go ahead WORST PLACE TO GET MENTAL HELP its stressful & the environment makes my anxiety shoot to the roof.. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE EVER. Been coming here since I was a pre teen & they always change my therapist or can't seem to figure what or how to help.

The receptionist in crossett is a screw up, this is the third time we get here and she says that her appointment was at 1:30 so she can't be seen today. I put it in my phone calendar when appointment was made. This is wrong. I feel Delte needs to change receptionist.
