I really appreciate this groups service, as everytime I have had to utilize them, they are just very helpful and have such good customer service over the phone and in person. I've been attended only by Addy each time I've gone, and she is an amazing person, very helpful, and just a warming person with a great attitude. They truly make themselves available when your needing help and assistance, I highly recommend them.

I’d give them MORE stars if I could. Very friendly and courteous... I was sweating like crazy after walking in the July heat and the lady brought me a bottle of water. Was in and out with a notarized copy of my ASU diploma in about 10 mins. Thanks for a great experience, Dean Notaries!

I called the number listed and someone immediately answered all my questions. Within the next 10 minutes, I showed up and my document was notarized. The building was clean and everyone was very friendly. Perfect price for doing a walk in and being done in under 5 minutes. Thank you very much!

I called the office today not even knowing that it was outside of business hours. Jaclynn happened to be in the office and answered the phone. She was so kind and told me to immediately come down and that she would wait for me before leaving the office for the day. She very quickly and professionally took care of my notary request on such short notice. She was phenomenal! Very highly recommend their business!

I RECOMMEND TO EVERYONE!!!! I had a few documents that I needed notarized that UPS could not do for me. I usually go to the UPS store but i'm always waiting long and have issues on what they can and can't do. I looked up notary areas in general and a few never answered the phone and I was about to give up. I was down the street from Deans Notary and just decided to go and see what happens... BEST DECISION EVER MADE. I didnt call a head of time just because I was ready to give up but once I walked in Dean's Notary Addy was so wonderful and sweet! This was the quickest notary I've ever had and it is cash only and didnt have any on me and Addy was so understanding and allowed me to come back and pay. Also, very kid friendly!!! i was worried to bring my kids but they were so welcoming and my girls were so comfortable on our short wait. This will now be my go to place!

I do not use Dean Notaries directly but my title company uses them. Dean Notaries signed a borrower of mine yesterday and my client texted me that the Notary who came was "Seriously the Best Person Ever! If you could ever work with her specifically, she is one of us." I have never had a client reach out and sing the praises of a Notary before. When I let my title company know what my client said they said the Dean Notaries was their best Notary Service in Arizona. If you need a Notary that will care for your client call them!

My husband and I recently went to Dean Notaries to sign documents while closing on our house. The employees tgere are so very friendly and patient! They are efficient and knowledgeable! Everything went so smoothly!! Highly recommend!!
