I contacted david regarding my boss not wanting to pay me and wanted him to represent me in a law suit. He asked for $250 for an hour of zoom meeting and there he was supposed to consult me and answer my questions.
I paid and we made the zoom call.
I didn’t know that i have to turn on my camera for them to see me, so the whole time they saw a blank page, but i could see them very clearly! (David and his associate) and I’m guessing they didn’t know i see them.
It looked like a scene from the wolf of wall-street. They were so focused on what looked like making a sale. Every time we got to talk about prices or my consent of them representing me they almost clapped and his assistant even gave him a thumbs up once which was very insulting. I was expecting to be treated as a client who needs desperately help after his boss not wanting to pay him and faced that.
When we had 25 minutes left to the meeting they advised we stop the meeting because they need to invest some time in finding answers to certain questions i had (which is ridiculous. If as a lawyer you don’t know the law, you should spend your time learning it, not mine.)

Anyhow, i agreed and still gave them a chance.
2 days later, after i provided what i was asked. I got an email and to my surprise the question they stopped the meeting 25 minutes earlier to figure out wasn’t even answered. What was there is an unreasonable agreement with ridiculously expensive rate and it felt like the price was set according to how gullible i was, and not according to how time consuming it will be.

Poor experience and service.
