I called for my buddy who didn’t have his phone available. While we were hunting this last elk season in saguche . Very friendly on the phone and in person . The only issue is that after telling them that we were stuck in the snow with a 2500 Cummins to the frame rails they showed up with a f150 with no tire chains and not much equipment to speak of . After barely making it to the truck breaking their coolant hose and rear spindle “ locker “ they gave the truck a few yanks and decided they couldn’t do it . The driver then informed us that we would only be charged $250 for the attempt . “ witnesses by 4 of us “ and that he’d send some other buddies with more capable rigs . We never got any calls back or info and we were charged $520 for the attempt . We didn’t even get the military or first responder discount as well as the overcharge and 2 of us are veterans as well as former fire captains . Not cool at all !

On Christmas Eve I was running the back roads of Crestone looking for a friend's lost dog. My tire pressure light came on and stayed on. I was 100 miles from home on Christmas Eve in 20 degree weather. Dark Night came right up from Moffat to help me switch out the tire so I didn't have to stay the night. Great couple, reasonably priced. Thanks for the help!

I was stuck in deep snow in the area of saguache I called this company and they did show up and was told it was 250 to show up and 250 for the hook I agreed, but then was told when they couldn't move my truck and about blew their truck up even getting to mine the driver told me I'm only gonna charge you 250 since we couldn't get you out. Just to find over 500$ charged to my account. When I called to ask about it they rudely said well he doesn't do the booking I do. Well don't let your driver speak on behalf of the
company.
