Janelle Ortiz is not a client of Daniel Barron. She confuses Daniel Barron’s legal actions of defending myself and our autistic son as a personal attack. Janelle Ortiz's behavior and false statements over the years more than proves the need for a great and honest attorney like Daniel Barron. Janelle Ortiz is never happy with any outcome no matter the circumstance. Her attorneys withdrew from the case shortly after settling. Janelle Ortiz continues to throw fits in her perpetual one-sided battle against me despite this being the worst thing for our son. No matter the outcome you can always count on Janelle Ortiz to cause as much trouble and problems to get power and control, despite the issues it causes our son.

Dan Barron has worked for 10 years to deprive my autistic son of therapy and medical care because he is imo unethical and wants money. I would advise anyone in need of legal assistance to understand that this is a person who doesn’t want to do what is ethically acceptable but wants to create chaos in the hopes of lining his pockets. Hes destroyed my life as well as my child’s over 10 years. Please don’t be fooled by this group. My opinion and experience is that this man has no concern about what is right.
