Lady was very rude on the phone. I simply asked how much to notarized 6 documents and she caught all kinds of attitude. I guess the star rating on google might not be indicative of the service by phone. Went to ups they did it for $30, my closing attorney said its fallacy that you must pay $150 to get seller documents notarized or that it requires special certification.

Monica is the absolute best notary in Richmond. I contacted her in a panic because I needed a document drawn up and signed ASAP. I only had a small window of time to get the document signed with me being in a totally different state from her. I ran into some trials and tribulations trying to get the proper parties to sign the documents and Monica made all the proper calls to further assist to get the job done. She followed up with me daily and kept me up on the progress she has made. Her efforts, communication and her professionalism were beyond amazing 👏🏾. Her prices are exceptional and reasonable as well. My family and I will definitely be using D&D in the future.

I went in to have a transfer of funds from real estate sales document notirized. I was told the charge would be $20 cash for 4 notary stamps. I came back the next day with 2 witnesses and had all documents signed and notarized. The charge was $49.95. The notary did not give any explanation other than the document was an extra charge. When I called to speak with the owner she said that there is an extra change depending on the type of document and that the person who told me the fee was $20 was new and improperly trained. She said that even though he employee gave me a price that I thought was correct the web site provides actual prices. No refund was given. I was totally ripped off. NEVER USE THIS COMPANY FOR ANYTHING!!!
