I have Literally been waiting for over two years for someone at this law firm to do thier jobs; but thats too much to ask. Have not received any updates, have not had any communication or response to any of my 100+ messages/phone calls/emails etc.
If you care about your family and/or thier disability at all, then you need to keep them away from this deplorable, unprofessional, dishonorable, and unreliable excuse for a "disability attorney "
The worst excuse for a lawyer you will ever find. Too bad that zero stars was not an option because that is all thay they deserve (absolutely nothing). It is 4:35pm on Feb 11 and I have been calling this office for over an hour; call rings for over 3 minutes and then cuts off without option for leaving voicemail, which they would not even have the decency to respond to anyway.
I have been waiting for disability for over two years. This lawyer was supposed to be scheduling appointment with disability for a hearing on the 12th of last month! I haven't heard anything! He knows that I am homeless and sleeping on park benches at this point in the freezing cold! However doing his job that he signed up for ,communicating, keeping the oath you took as a lawyer ,or even answering the phone is too much to ask from this pathetic excuse for a human being and even more deplorable lawyer

My husband hired Cunningham for his SSDI . Needless to say he got back pay but no paycheck long term. Reached out to Cunningham he said oh yes Mr Brown you're going to get a check every month. The SS letter says no he doesn't. So Cunningham says let me read your file and I'll get back to you. Well here it is 7 weeks later and still hasn't had the decency to call back. The lawyer took his 7,000$ grand and said the hell withMr. Brown. Poor excuse for. a lawyer. I don't recommend him at all. Also turned him into Bar Association.
