I’m writing this because I hope no one has to go through the same experience I went through with this company. They operate unethically, preying on individuals who are unfamiliar with the credit repair process. Their services are unnecessary, as you can handle the process yourself without involving their costly and ineffective legal representation.

Their primary method involves filing disputes with the state and exchanging emails with credit bureaus and creditors, but they do not actively work to repair your credit. Instead, they review your credit report to identify opportunities to sue creditors or credit bureaus. When they file lawsuits, they typically seek settlements of $20,000 or more, yet only provide clients with around $1,100—regardless of the total settlement amount.

If you choose not to proceed with a settlement, they use aggressive tactics and threaten you with legal fees, citing terms buried in their agreement. The lawyers are not only unhelpful but also extremely rude and dismissive when you ask questions or request clarification. When I asked for a breakdown of the legal fees, I was charged even for basic inquiries about the process.

In my case, they sued Equifax and Navy Federal, secured over $15,000 in settlements, and gave me only $1,100. To make matters worse, I later received a tax bill for $15,000 from both companies, leaving me with a significant financial burden and no real benefit from their services.

I’m sharing my experience to warn others. Their practices are deceptive, and their treatment of clients is unprofessional and unethical. I strongly advise against working with them.

If you need a good lawyer to work with, Jill Sandt licensed in Georgia has helped me tremendously with my credit repair process. I wish I had found her prior to working with these vultures.

My recent experience with credit repair lawyers of America was incredibly disappointing, with extremely poor customer service from Gary himself fell far below expectations. Despite multiple attempts to be kind and stay patient, Gary and his staff was at times unprofessional, unhelpful, and unorganized leaving me feeling frustrated and completely lost in the process. This is not the level of service one would expect from a reputable business such as a law firm, and I would strongly advise others to reconsider working with them. I will elaborate more soon about my experience and why I have decided to only give a 2 stars.

Gary you should know that we can upload pictures to prove that not only are you unprofessional but know you are a lier. Wow. Well people. You definitely want a defensive lawyer. So here you go. Lol. Comical honestly that a 5'5 little women can have this brisket body lawyer so upset.

Gary was rude, condescending and did not conduct himself with professionalism. In the beginning of the call he was upbeat and friendly however shortly after I started explaining my situation he started speaking to me as if I was child. If it was indeed a case he was not equipped to take on , I would have been able to handle a polite way of saying I’d rather not take the case. Instead I was judged and was made to feel stupid. Attorneys are supposed to have good moral character and in my opinion he is an unscrupulous lawyer who is just money hungry. The good news is I found an attorney that treated me with respect and is taking my case. If you are looking for fair honest attorney that will not talk down to you reach out to shlanger law firm in New York……….
In response to Gary unfortunately the only behavior that was inappropriate was the Attorney who at all times must remain calm and professional. I did not make this review bc you did not take my case I made it to let others know what they are in for by the way you treat people. If you click on the tab that says” lowest “ on the google review you will see other reviews that are quite consistent with what I am saying about Gary. His responses Can show you how he belittles and talks down to you. His rebuttal to my review is false Exaggerated and unprofessional to even mention details of my case on a public forum. Gary did a great job of helping me get my money back from a credit card scam that Synchrony paypal would not resolve. After all the evidence that I provided to Synchrony bank that they ask for, they still would not refund me my money. After contacting Gary, he was able to not only help me get my money back from Synchrony, but also, he wrote me a check from resolving this matter.

I highly recommend Gary to help anybody that want to resolve any legal matter. He is knowledgeable, very professional, and gets straight to the point. Thank you very much!

I was involved in a credit card scam in October of 2023. I was completely freaking out and started calling lawyers to see if I could obtain some help. One lawyer’s assistant directed me to a credit repair lawyer and Gary Nitzkin’s name came up on a Google search. From start to finish, I was handled with compassion and no judgement. Every person I dealt with at Credit Repair Lawyers of America was courteous and professional. The money taken out of my account was returned to me, and because of the circumstances of the scam, I was able to come out a bit better than I was before. I would highly recommend their professional, courteous, and compassionate services. Don’t hesitate to call them if you need the services they offer.

I was looking into this company for help, but after reading the reviews I’d stay far away from them. This business leaked someone’s number and personal email on a review which is COMPLETELY unprofessional. The response that you gave to people from them being unsatisfied with your services, was not only rude, but just down right disrespectful. I had a positive outcome with this company. They will rob you, take all the settlement and give you $1,000 but your credit is going to be fixed and they not scared to go after the credit bureau. They will handle the credit bureau. Me and Gary got into it about that but he's a good guy. He helped me during the pandemic. I had just had surgery and couldn't work; Gary gave me a little more money. He's not bad. Give him a chance he will clean your credit, what needs to be off! He done two settlements for me, and they were a success.

I apologize for telling you off, but you handle the bureaus for me! I recommend this company. I have sent family and friends to them, and they love the outcome also. Do not pay someone to fix your credit call them.
