They seem to have special relationships with people where they bring certain people's loose roaming dogs back to there home and then put the animal inside someone's unoccupied home. Very wierd especially because they previously gave the pet owners two tickets for this same animal. All is on video.

I have been a member for 12 years. We have a dedicated group of volunteers who work hard to help the animals and people of Moffat County. We help those in need with pet food and help with spay and neuter costs. We have saved hundreds of shelter dogs and cat's lives by getting them transfered out. This involves paying for the spay/neuter surgery and vaccinations
