I was here for a few months doing supervised visits, staff is great and management always assisted me when needed. They provide a variety of toys/games for my child during our time here and would always play age appropriate movies for us. The notes they take during my visits were accurate.

Highly recommend as they always follow the court order and maintain a homey environment for families.

Speaking for myself only, I’m sure we men Can understand how easily one parent can manipulate the court system and you find yourself needing a visitation center. Absolutely every single person I have spoken with or emailed or met with in person has helped me greatly. This facility has been excellent and providing entertainment and a place to entertain, and truly have a very nice visit given the circumstances. Through the manipulation tactics one parent can use. I have been forced to try all, but one child visitation facility and court solution by far is the best by leaps and bounds. Their employees know what time it is and know that men are not the enemy and how easily we can get dragged through the family court system. All the supervisors leave very detailed and thorough notes for visits that have benefited me greatly in my case. After everything I’ve been through with all of the facilities this place makes me want to put in an application because they truly treat men like the great fathers we are.

Honestly I was a little skeptical about this place
I see a lot of women there so first thing that came into my mind was "they are going to treat the mom better than the father"
But since I've been going to the program for supervised exchanges,they have been great to both parents.
They do accurate notes
And make both parents feel good about the program.

Highly recommend this place! Registration and payments are online which makes it very convenient. And the staff is very nice and professional.

I setup my enrollment online and was helped by Heather. She wasn’t very helpful and said that the website was giving me issues. She said she was going to report it and that she would email the enrollment team about it. It been a week since I did the enrollment and they still haven’t gotten it done. Then when I said I would be giving a review on this matter. The woman on the enrollment staff said I was talking inappropriately. I have been going back and forth with emails. Nobody wants to help and they are taking their time. I would suggest a different program to get the help you need. This place is very unprofessional. Also most of the good reviews on this place only come from lawyers. So it’s obviously a scam to make money and a system setup to make money. The kids are not in the best interest. It’s them making money that matters.

An update to this post 12-30-23… now they are going to court to testify against me. Because I confronted them on their unprofessional conduct. Then they also reported me for making this post. They don’t get paperwork filed on time. They take your money and expect you not to confront them, because they work with the courts. Once again there are better options for exchange and visitation. Avoid this money hungry and unprofessional company… p.s I never acted out at the office. I even got my kids the weekend I made this post. Even though they said I couldn’t because I was past the calendar date for me to be added to that weekend. But I was given an exchange date, because they knew it was unprofessional. I was so bad that they helped me by breaking their own rules to enrollment. I don’t know any company that would do that if they felt I was being rude.

Heather was focused solely on what was best for our child. She was honest and unbiased. During our mediation she kept us on track and made sure the focus was always on what is best for our child. I really appreciate her focus and commitment to that standard and can't thank her enough for her services.

I posted this prior to reading all the reviews, then came back to add: I cannot speak for anyone being rude here. Actually, the one lady I did speak with was pretty nice. Also, I'm not disgruntled; I'm actually really happy I got the order to see my son. However, This place does give one the "unprofessional" feeling. I was court ordered to use them as well. The phone number you call gives you a number you can text, but nobody responds. My emails go unanswered. Not helpful at all. It's a good thing I document things because I don't trust they do that very well.
