I came here after looking online as to where I can pick up FedEx envelopes. After my encounter, people should not go here for FedEx envelopes or even the slightest help. The older, blonde female, worker would have to “order more and unfortunately doesn’t want to do that” when I asked for 5. Oh but thank goodness she suggested going to a real FedEx store to get my envelopes and such. Even telling me her favorite store is the one on 7th St and Bell. I’m curious as to why it’s called “Copy This, Ship That!” and not “Suggest This, Maybe Ship That!” I don’t suggest doing business here.

Copy This, Ship That saved the day! The store owner is beyond kind & helpful, as is the friendly staff. We had the pleasure to work with Fernando who helped identify necessary changes needed for the outcome we were seeking. Very fast! Highly recommend!

Had a wonderful experience at Copy This, Ship That! I was able to get everything completed in a timely manner. The computer I used had a nice big screen and operated efficiently. Store was nice and clean with a relaxing atmosphere. The young lady that assisted me was extremely helpful. This is without question my new go to place for all of my printing, shipping and business needs. I highly recommend to all. Looking forward to coming back soon! All the best! - R

I will never visit this place for copies. They charge $4.40 for sending copies to their email. I never seen this

Helpful. Kind. Efficient. If my experience with Kirsten today at Copy This, Ship That! is representative of all the employees, then this tiny print shop definitely deserves all five stars. Kirsten went out of her way to help me print the combination of PDF files and MS Word documents efficiently. The USB-to-printer only accepts PDF files, but rather than asking me to convert them (which I was more than willing to do), Kirsten set me up on the computer to print from it directly. She checked in without hovering, and the prices were aligned with the bigger copy shop nearby. Do be aware, though, that I only saw one self-service printer, so I would imagine that there could be a wait when things are busy.

Online says they are open til 6pm. I arrived at 4:55pm and the place was closed. The door sign says closes at 5pm. They obviously close before 5pm. I hope this review will let them know they should update their hours listed on copy this, ship that website.
