Cookie’s Tax Service has not been the professional service I expected. I’m still waiting on a refund for services not rendered august 2022. I have been calling and texting but she will not answer. I paid her $700 and she did nothing. I’m still trying to make contact and I am being ignored. Professionally I am a paying client and she was to send refund but to date as I type, I’m still waiting. Now is this fair? I would greatly Cookie if you would do as you said and Zelle the funds.

I paid Cookie's Tax Service in August 2022, $500 to complete an LLC and 501c application and another $200 in October for another LLC. She has not done anything. She promised a refund and it is February 2023 and she will not return any calls nor have I received my refund. Her voice mail says she chasing rainbows and unicorns but I guess I'm the paying client who is not worth the chase. I just want my refund to pay for my LLC and other forms. (She took my money and will not communicate!)
