Can never get through to speak to someone, no matter the time of day or whether in English or Spanish. The website chat feature always says busy and ends before it ever begins. And a lady called about my online application once from a random number and said this is the last time we will contact you. When I tried to call her back on the number she called me from it wouldn't connect and again the 1-800 number is ALWAYS busy. Good luck...

Update:
I had to call the Orlando location after being on hold for 50 minutes and being told the whole time "you are the next caller in line". Anyways, I selected to speak with an operator to get someone to answer. Apparently when they respond to your online application they call from random numbers and when they ask to speak with you they refuse to disclose who is calling. Which is super frustrating seeing as how a simple "this is CLSFM" would suffice but no they won't disclose any information, all they will do is ask to speak with you.
