Won't talk to you unless the situation is happening to you, apparently we can't talk to anyone if you are calling for anyone else's situation... so much for if you see something say something since most people don't want to admit what is going on with their situation due to either fear or embarrassment, even if they are given permission to speak with you because the person who is going through that particular situation is getting flustered and tongue tied.... they chose to make the person rehash and relive the stress of the situation..... I guess that's how they get their jollies by hearing frustration, fear, crying and embarrassment from the people whom they are SUPPOSED to be helping..... they won't even refer you to someone who may be able to help........

I called to get help was placed on hold for 63 minutes. Then hung up on try it again same thing.
I was calling to help a blind man and never got a person to call back or answer. The phone left multiple messages very disappointed

I was turned any at the door. The lady wouldn't even let me come in out of the rain, holding 15 month old son. She also said that their are on attorneys in the building. So it was a complete waste of my time. I would have given no stars, but that's not an option.

They are never taking applications. I have reasonable accommodation. I am disabpled with m.s. for 30 years. And now dementia. My wife of30 years takes care of me by the skin of her teeth. WE ARE HOMELESS! Does anyone really care? What do we need to do to have a roof over our heads?oh and I have been trying FOR YEARS AND YEARS.

Worst experience I have ever had with someone hands down. The lawyer I spoke with was so rude she literally made me cry. Dont call here unless you want to be talked over, insulted and invalidated. Never again

Everybody at this office has been extremely helpful, responsive and friendly. Dayanna Lopez has been supporting me in family, immigration (VAWA) and divorce matters. She has guided me from a place of utter despair to hope, opportunity and happiness. Unfortunately, she is no longer with CLSMF (she now works at Politis & Matovina) but I will be forever grateful for everything she has done for me and my children. CLSMF have appointed another attorney, who was kind and helpful, but not even close to the drive and fight Ms Lopez threw at my case every single time. The effect Dayanna Lopez has had on our lives is not measurable in stars, a million stars wouldn't suffice.
