Everyone was very nice, welcoming and helpful!! I'm so happy we made an appointment and went into the office. We were struggling with some SSI paperwork and the legal students were both very educated and professional. I highly recommend this office and be sure to make an appointment over the phone, because they don't schedule appointments at the office!!

Well they're Bond paid for by this non-profit that I had a problem with when I called the girl told me she couldn't help me with that kind of legal problem and she gave me a phone number to a place that she said they would help me it was disconnected and then when I called back I couldn't you know I was lucky to get through that one time because I've been trying to get through for like a year and I went to the small claims and they helped me the right phone number but it was worth this number anyways you think these people are going to help you and they don't give a damn

I am so disappointed with this organization. I called to ask for help with an eviction summons served per my landlord's attorney. I told my landlord that we are moving out so he decided to evict me and my family. But I advised him that he can keep the deposit of $3400 since this landlord is known to not give deposits back. Well anyways this organization said they can not help me with a response to the summons of eviction. They also asked for my very personal information. Now I am stuck to being evicted with a disabled spouse and son. Thanks to Orange county. That's why there is so many homeless families.

You guys are just messing with me now you know how bad I need legal aid now so bad I really don't want to live you know why because I have a disability and the people are using it against me just like you are and then you just making fun of me just like you did community legal aid I left the review the other day yesterday about how all these people are complaining about how you treated them when you guys never even return my calls since January and I wait on the phone and do it on the line and then yesterday I get a call from you guys but you just tell me to call back at that number the same stupid two numbers that nobody ever answers nobody ever return my calls since January I mean you guys just made me more depressed than I already am even more and I was really depressed thanks a lot Lee Glade

This place has failed me multiple times.
First time last year 2022 ,they took my all of my very sensitive information (like social security number) and then told me "we can't help you " and told me to call the orange county bar.
I'm disabled and on a fixed income.
Second time I did speak to the attorney named "day" something I don't remember the exact name but she pretty much gaslit me and told me that my landlord's harassment was all in my head even tho I told her I have proof. And she went on a rant about having alot of clients and being really busy ,like that is my fault?
And lastly I needed help with getting a medical safety bed for my child whom the insurance company was using fraudulent tactics against me and again the attorney complained about having alot of clients and she pretty much dismissed me and acted like she was the insurance companys private attorney.
I'm done with this place and I hope their funders read this review and not fund this money pit that doesn't help people. If you want to donate money to help people with legal advice and bills just donate to gofundme
Update: I have found actual help using an app called legal shield and they help with legal advice and lawyer referral at discounted price when you join.
Finally found affordable attorneys that actually help.

Honestly, there should be an option to give no stars. The place is a joke! I thought I was going to speak to an attorney to obtain legal help with a case that's already been awarded to me. I just needed to find someone to help collect the award. Legal aid was on the list from the courthouse paper work. I called and explained this and they made an appointment. But the "lawyer" only mimicked the stuff I already knew. Which was in the packet. No discussion of hiring someone like I hoped. Complete waste of time and gas. Useless
