Dear Tammy Kirton-Smith,

I would like to express my sincere gratitude for your help in resolving my issue. I only reached out to you yesterday morning, and by the evening, my family was finally called, and all the documents were sent. I truly appreciate your attention and promptness in helping to expedite this process in such a short amount of time.

Your professionalism and willingness to assist in a difficult situation have been a great relief to me. Thank you for your support and invaluable contribution.

May the Lord bless and keep you and your work.

Sincerely,
Aleksei Ivanenkov’s family

These ppl don’t do anything. They closed their doors when COVID hit. Now they still don’t allow ppl to come in they make you stand on the sidewalk speaking thru an intercom to see somebody with your business all on the street. They are supposed to help with referrals, placement, clothes etc. half the time they don’t even know or have answers for you. If your already in a shelter they are supposed to help you if your being assaulted or anything while in the shelter they do nothing. Only thing they do is give out mail and they barely doing that. IF YOUR HOMELESS I WOULD ADVISE NOT GOING TO THE SHELTER BECAUSE LOCALS ARE BEING TREATED UNFAIRLY WHILE THE IMMIGRANTS ARE TREATED WITH RESPECT AND KINDNESS

Thank you for everything. Your hands are busy right now with all of the immigrants that are coming to America for their own personal needs. God bless and keep you safe and stay busy with helping everyone.

If your residing in a homeless shelter, and are not receiving the services needed or are experiencing any mistreatment or mishandling of your case here are the advocates for clients in shelter. Do not be afraid to call they are your voice. Many client in shelter are afraid of retaliation from staff, don’t be afraid to let them know. You matter and should be treated fairly no matter what the circumstances in your life.

If you are a traveler and you need an address this is the only and worst place to go if you have lost everything i wouldn't waste my time. The people are snappy because the people they help are snappy at them and they have smart tones even when you answer with respect and politeness.
They give you the run around and have learn how to avoid questions instead on answer them i kick the dust off my shoes at this place no blessing for them.

Great help with navigating NYCs shelter/housing system. But only if you do what they say. They are not part of the NYC government, but do know the programs and can guide you in getting the assistance you need...If you do what they say. If you don't want to listen, don't waste your time of theirs. They provide a great service to people of NYC that really need help.
