I had the pleasure of working with Aaron Clefton as an expert witness on what turned out to be a particularly challenging and contentious ADA case. Part of the challenge was that opposing counsel was a large, well-established national firm which aggressively used its aggregate intellectual and financial muscle to try and intimidate Aaron, who is essentially a solo practitioner.
