I have been searching for a probate attorney on behalf of my mother. We’re not familiar with the San Diego area so after a quick Google search we came across Robert Clavel and his law firm.

When I originally called it was close to end of the day. I left a voicemail. I was not expecting a call back till next day.

To my surprise, Robert called me back approximately 15-30 mins after my initial call.

Not only was he quick to respond to my inquiry, he also took time out of the end of the day to advise me for 20-25 minutes.

The advice he provided was informative and helpful. When I shared the information with my relative who had their own consultation, the information we were both told lined up.

Robert is awesome! We had a complicated order setting up multiple business and he was there to help and make things very easy for us. Saved us a ton of time and advised us every step of the way. We had multiple meetings in which he helped us understand the process. The meetings were not stressful or useless, money sucking meetings like other attorney meetings. Robert was very approachable, sincere, and "Listened" to My Mom voice her wishes, as to how she wanted her Living Trust to Read. He even personally came to my mom's house, to accommodate her, and save her a trip. The Living Trust was worded exactly as she wanted. He submitted the Documents for my mom. He didn't have to go the "Extra Mile" for my mom, but he did! That Speak Volumes about his Upbringing, Morals, Ethics, Sincerity, Loyalty, Hard Work, and Determination, to get him where is today at a young age. He hasn't forgotten his Roots, as he is Bilingual, which allows him to help those that prefer to speak Spanish, which makes the client. Robert is our Estate Attorney for life. 📃💯
