Spoke on the phone with a Stephan- nice and responsive. During these pandemic times I have experienced terrible customer service with long wait times and flippant operators- so when I have a good experience it really stands out! Professional, helpful in getting me an update on my case and a phone appointment scheduled.

I made a 11 am appointment, I showed up 15 minutes early to do paperwork I had discussed with the appointment receptionist. I completed the paperwork and sat there for an additional 20 minutes. No receptionist, everyone's doors closed. A gentleman came out and said someone would be with me in a few minutes. 5 minutes later I took the hint and left.

I felt embarrassed having to come in to file bankruptcy. When I came into the office and talked with Kaitlyn she made me feel very comfortable and then my follow up appointment was with another attorney and he made me feel at ease also. Now I'm not embarrassed about it I'm actually happy I am able to begin to get my finances under control. Thank you

I scheduled an appointment with them for 4:30pm. Arrived at 4:32p and they were closed. I traveled a long way to come to their office. I called the main line and was told I a never had an appointment at 4:30. Even though the text reminder I received said 4:30. So unprofessional. I don’t even want to work with them.

Google says open on Fridays but it’s actually closed. I waited an hour thinking they were on lunch. There’s no sign that says closed on Friday. I had to call the number.
