The only way to get in touch with someone is by leaving a message and waiting on a call back. As a COUNSELING SERVICE this is not acceptable. Imagine having a dire need to talk to a counselor therapist psychiatrist whatever and you have to wait on the call back. I dodged a bullet with this service. The best thing I did was call. That told me everything I needed to know right there.

If I could give 0 star review, I would. This “counselor” is listed as an in network provider on my insurance website, yet she will not accept my insurance. She is extremely aggressive, confrontational and uncooperative. I wouldn’t let her treat my worst enemy. I have never been treated or spoken to so poorly and unprofessionally as I was today.

I wish this post could get more stars, but unfortunately it won’t. At the beginning of my time with Rebekah she helped tremendously and was there for me during a rough season. A few months ago she didn’t show up to a scheduled appointment time and when I expressed my frustrations she was not professional at all and blamed it on me. She has since not responded to any of my contact and I received a letter in the mail that she will no longer be treating me. I would not recommend her to anyone, merely for the lack of professionalism. If you’re seeking counseling services, there’s a long list of people in the Montgomery area who would be more than happy to help you!!

I highly recommend Rebekah Clark for counseling services. My wife Eileen and I were going through a rough patch recently and she served as an understanding and compassionate mediator who listened to both of us and helped us solve some serious problems we were facing that threatened to end our marriage of 5 years. We had never been to counseling before and frankly we were a little intimidated to ask for help. Rebekah Clark made the whole experience go smoothly. You could tell she really cared about helping us and had lots of ideas and suggestions for how we could work things out. Eileen and I just got back from a long overdue second honeymoon and things between us are better than ever!

I wish I had read the reviews before seeking her help with my son. This lady (calling her a lady is being generous), is highly unprofessional. As a nurse, I understand the value of mental health, HIPAA, and professionalism. My husband and I have been having major problems with our teenage son for several years now. We have tried to reach out for help, even as far as we had him committed to an inpatient psych unit. We were referred to Rebekah by the inpatient facility. She had 2 sessions with my son. So basically, she has known him for 2 hours out of his entire life. Based on that assessment, she reported my husband to DHR for unsubstantiated child abuse. She never bothered to call me and ask for a history of behavior with my son (for all she knows, he could be a pathological liar), she never bothered to examine him for any marks or bruises (to which she claims that is not her job, it most certainly is, ESPECIALLY if you’re reporting physical abuse). If she had examined my son, she would have found no marks or bruises other than the self mutilation that he has been doing but she apparently wasn’t concerned with that. If she had called me, she would have learned about my son’s history with behavior issues such as being aggressive and lashing out at authority figures. She would have also learned that I have had to call the police on my son several times and that the police were already aware of the situation that my son reported to her and the POLICE were not concerned and were on our side as parents trying to discipline our son who has defiance issues. I attempted to speak privately with Rebekah about the whole situation because I didn’t want to speak to her about it in front of my son. She refused to speak with me and demanded that I leave her office (which I did) AND called the cops on ME! She is a joke. Don’t trust her with yourself or your children. Again, she is unprofessional and extremely rude. All we are trying to do is get help for our son because WE CARE ABOUT HIM!

Rebekah is the best counselor I have seen, and I’ve seen quite a few throughout the course of my life. Her presence is so calming and she is so easygoing. I highly recommend her to anyone who has ever seeked counseling.
