I couldn't be more pleased with the services provided by attorney Kesler. From my initial case intake until the case resolution, she was always available with a prompt response. I found her to be courteous, reasonable, and highly confident in her practice of law. More importantly, she explained my legal issues in layman terms and did not push me to resolve my case prematurely. One of her employers was absolutely deplorable. He wouldn't allow me to speak or schedule a consultation due to his impatient, rudeness, unprofessionalism, and lack of customer service skills.
He hung up on me and then called me back without leaving a message. If she hired this person to represent her business then maybe this is the service I would've received. Your employee is a reflection of your leadership.
