Most terrible experience filing here.

I filed back in April. This location filed for my ex husband and I when we were married and had no issues. At the time we lived separately but were barely starting the divorce. Both him and I went to her and she advised both of us initially to file this year as Head of Household. I asked how that will affect the taxes because we’re not fully divorced at that time and still legally married. Her response was “As long as we lived separately it was no issue.” Well it was an issue after contacting the lawyer my ex appointed they stated we were technically supposed to file jointly or Married but File Separately.

We had to amend both of our taxes. My initial paperwork had all the correct spelling of names and addresses but on the amended paperwork, it was missing part of my middle name and even spelled my exs name wrong. I was supposed to be getting my taxes by the end of August but now won’t be getting it until the end of September because I had to work directly with the state and federal IRS to make these corrections. If I could get a refund for the services provided I would. Do not go here unless you don’t want to get your money in a timely matter.

My document was supposed to be ready at 10:00 am I talked to this person the night before and made sure it was ready. When I arrive to pick up my document at 12:00 pm two hours late from what was agreed, it turns out that it is not ready and it comes out with a cheap story that you have to wait for another computer to print the papers, in fact this is a horrible place and does not give confidence is the most irresponsible and dirty place, be careful people and do not fall into these hands.
