This company didn’t give me anything I wanted they let the other party win all they wanted was my money they wasted my time and my money I do not recommend anyone going to this company they are not going to help u they are just going to tell u what they wanna hear they failed me and my baby and they are bad at communicating with there associates they have bad service and they have no respect for there associates please don’t pay them or don’t go to the Company

I wish I could give a higher rating but I can't. Did I get my support yes, but it took 3 years for my case to finally settle and I feel like all the money I paid into them was a waste. At first they communicated and then after the retainer was paid you get crickets. The only time they called was to say I needed to make a non-refundable payment no updates on the case and the person calling couldnt answer basic questions I had pertaining to my case. At one point in time I filed on my own with the court because I hadn't heard anything from my lawyer and that's how I found out I had a court date. That's information I should've gotten from the lawyer but didnt until i wasted more money. Make sure you read everything because I gave them a payment the end of January for my retainer talked to the billing specialist and she didnt mention that Feb 1st they were rasing the retainer amount and I'd have to pay more money to keep my case open. Where was this information at the bottom of my receipt from my January payment how I found out becaue I got a call saying I need to refill my retainer. Wait what I just made a payment less then a week ago. I didnt agree to an increase in the retainer and i wasnt notified. I was then told it was at the bottom of the receipt, but why when I made the January payment i wasnt told this. I feel like I was screwed over and I voiced that concern numerous times because im paying you and im not getting any information. I asked to speak to the lawyer the one im paying but kept getting paralegals. At one point i wanted to be done with this firm because no one was answering my questions and i was tired of paying them. And boom we have a hearing date for temporarysupport. Then nothing crickets again until I voice why am I paying you if no one is telling me anything. I feel I wasn't represented well and at the end of this long ordeal was gaslightted into a final consent order. What I thought was going into my final court order was for "hearing preparation purposes only" again wasnt told that until after the fact. And I would've never agreed to the final consent order had I known. Attorney Trimble is a great lawyer, but I wouldn't recommend her firm to anyone unless you want your case to be dragged out and you're ok with wasting time and money.

This is by far the most unprofessional establishment I have ever been involved with. They are not timely. They are not concerned with your case, only the money involved. I spoke to an actual lawyer once on onboarding. Once. After over a year they “kindly” tell me to move on to a different lawyer because they can’t do their job. They asked for an installment of money for 600$ and days later shut down my case which is naturally non refundable. Thousands of dollars wasted on greed. Save yourself the trouble and do not contact this law firm. Side note: if you live in Albany, they don’t have a location there despite their website saying they do. Too lazy to even update where they are.

Definitely do your research before calling this law firm. I only did a consultation and for the fee it was not worth it. She doesn't really care about your case she just wants the money. She is basically going to tell you information that you can find on Google and Youtube. That's not a consultation. Neither I nor my fiance got a good vibe from the attorney and as a result I will not be choosing to work with them.

Complete rip off!! Paid an extra $4k dollars to counter sue and they withdrew from the case because I held them accountable for not doing their job after paying over $10k dollars for NOTHING! Money hungry attorney that does NOTHING for you!! Take your business elsewhere people!!

I was quoted $125 that I had to pay up front for a video chat consultation session. Things changed and I got a job offer to move back to FL. I e -mailed to cancel the session and was told it's a non-refundable fee. I feel if the $125 is that important to a attorney then would she take my case to help me or just for the money because she gets paid no matter what the outcome was. I would suggest doing some homework before choosing this attorney.
