Literally TRASH. they are beyond rude also. How do you say your taking someone to court for contempt of non payment then lower there payments down to 400 a month for 2 kids? Then let the person lie saying they make minimum wage when you have there paystubs. And then I pay more than that in child care and even told them before court and they lied in the documents saying I don’t pay child care after talking to them. And only solution is “get legal attorney”

Ok were do I start. First & foremost you have some lazy people that work there.. My case worker never calls back, & took a month to respond to my email. Asked to speak with her supervisor & she was no better. The women that work there act like you had kids by them. Attitudes are the WORSE!! Something needs to be done with that office & changes are needed. If you get a case worker with the last name HILL. I'll pray for you. She is TERRIBLE👎

I haven't gotten gotten any child support for years, and they send me a sheet to fill out for my exs info? That's their job? This is the worst example I have ever seen of supporting the custodian parent. Child support? They do nothing to help get the child support the court sets.

So apparently you can't get the information or the person you ask for when you walk in the building unless it is provided from your case worker. These folks aren't in here to help you OR your children. They are in here to get a check and go home. I asked to speak to ONE person. Ms. Christy Hastings in return asked for everything but my blood type just so she could tell me said person that I was here THEN turned around and said that said person wasn't my caseworker then tried to inform me of who my caseworker was. Listen Ms. Christy NO ONE told your rude, nosey self to go digging where it didn't belong with your fake Mary Poppins voice, which ain't working for no one over here. Your customer service skills would best be served for those who arrive in the morgue. I'm going to press pause and just move around you because you are doing too much and I don't have time for it. Thank you wasting the tax papers money and handing the papers to my son in an envelope that wasn't needed nor warranted. You continue being the best form of birth control for everyone who walks through these doors. Thanks for that! You truly are a person only your mother could love. Now. Go sit down somewhere. Stay away from here unless it's ABSOLUTELY necessary- like life and death serious. Omgoodness where did they find this one 😳 😭 🤔 DON'T. DO. IT. ✌️

Only took 17 months and getting the governor involved to get the case moved to the legal department for prosecution for refusal to pay child support. The office can Not keep employees.

Everyone is so rude and acts so un-bothered. Ive had to call several times in the past 2 years with questions concerning my case and every single time these people act like I'm interrupting their day! Is that like a job requirement? In order to work there you must have a nasty attitude? I work in customer service and if I talked to someone the way the people of this office do, Id be out of job so fast! I just had to call again today and the lady talked down to me and was acting like I was stupid. If someone knows who I can report this too please let me know. They would get zero stars if that was an option. They need to learn some tact when talking to people, especially in these situations.

Suspended my ex husbands license because he couldn't find a job for a month. I dont know how long they think it takes to get a job but ok. After he gets the job, they expect him to make a down payment of $500 to get it unsuspended. Seeing as to he needs a license to make it to and from work as well as do his job, we both go up there to try and reason with them. No effort was made on their part to even make sense. How can he give me $500 to unsuspend his license if he didnt have a job? If he loses his job because he doesn't have license then how can he pay child support? This is the kind of people and service you can expect from this place.

They will take your money and give it to someone else and try to make it seem like its your fault. They will overcharge you and refuse to give you your money back to balance out your account.

They do not follow their own pay scale to decide how much you pay and will refuse to lower it if you are paying too much. Rude people messing with peoples lives and they absolutely do not care how they operate or who they do wrong.
