Judge Carr has been amazing since 2022 when I was dealing with a lot of mental health issues. He saw and knew how good of a relationship that I had with my mom and dismissed all 3 charges. He shook my hand and gave me a hug. The court system could really learn something from him.

I called commonwealth attorneys office. They will not let me speak to prosecutor. They said it is conflict of interest, that I have to have a lawyer talk with them. I just want to talk to them and let them know what my son is done and want to make a deal before court. I spoke with a lawyer , they even told me I dont need a lawyer to speak with them. It is such a money racket. I have all the info they need but have to pay someone to give the information to help my son.

There is ample free parking. The staff is very helpful. There are six courtrooms. The lobby is huge.

This court is "Exhibit A" for how broken the system is and for doing what is best for children. Regardless of evidence presented, it is clearly one-sided to favor a specific party. My heart goes out to all the parents who try to do what's best for THEIR kid(s) instead of doing what's best for them as an individual to spite the other person.

Me and my wife went to the courthouse trying to file for parental termination rights not our rights of course. In the process of trying to be able to file for this, the clerics automatically shut us down and began to talk down to us without even trying to help us, the behavior displayed by these two women were disrespectful and rude and I've never delt with such rude behavior coming from courthouse clerics before.

This courthouse is corrupt. Judge Landry is one piece of work. He is disrespectful beyond reproach. He is a dangerous person to have sitting on the bench. He purposely withheld information that was NEED to know to have paternity test results sent out. I was berated by this judge for no reason whatsoever, but to satiate his own need to enforce his demented authority! I was called a liar threatened with jail time and degrading. I attempted to report him to Judiciary Review and Commission Board. They completely ignored my complaints on Judge by sending me a premanufactured letter in response to my complaint. It covered nothing of which my complaint spoke of. Sad there is no TRUE justice in the world!

It appears that the right hand dont know what the left hand is doing at this court. One clerk says one thing another clerk says something else. No one never return your phone call back and by all means Judge Rigler is a bias judge against women. He act like he understands and taking both sides in consideration but he does not. Time and time again he states his personal life experences in his hearing. A judge should be unbias and leave his personal life out of any decision making when it comes to his ruling. He dont have the best interest in the children because if he did he would take all evidence in consideration. All his cases need to be reviewed because i know most of them are unethical!!
