We had a very nice call with Jenny Vultaggio at the firm. She helped address some initial questions we had on estate issues, in regards to my dad dying. Jenny and her team were prompt and respectful given the situation. It seems they also have expertise in relation to trust and issues with minor's inheriting money in Colorado. Glad we were able to have an initial consultation with her, which was purely conversational and informational, with no pressure at all felt on our part. How refreshing.

Frank Danzo and his team were great! They met all our needs in preparing our financial documents, power of Attorning Living will, etc. You have to have trust in your Lawyer. We trust anyone of Frank's team members.

My wife and I wanted to start seriously looking for a firm to help us construct a complete estate plan. We attended an estate planning seminar put on by the Chayet & Danzo law firm. They sounded knowledgeable, proficient and experienced and we decided to let Frank Danzo put it together for us. Frank and all the staff were personable and courteous as well as efficient and professional. Process wasn't too burdensome to complete and was comprehensive with doing our family trust, 2 wills, 2 Medical Power of Attorney and 2 Financial Power of Attorney. They performed this service to us during the middle of the Covid outbreak but still was thorough and met our expectations for a reasonable cost. Highly recommend this firm. Doesn't get any better.

Frank Danzo was recommended to us by our son's former college roommate who is now a patent attorney. We wanted an estate planning attorney who would not only guide us through the estate planning process, but also would be available and compatible to work with our son to settle our estate.

My mom and I went to a seminar about wills and trusts around 2014. She decided to go ahead and make a trust with Chayet and Danzo, specifically Frank.

I was with her at the meetings with him, and I was able to see how the trust protects the people involved. It was also peace of mind that not only was there the financial component, but also there were medical directives and POAs assigned for each category. Now, nobody would have to fight over who does what because "mom" decided, and she still has the final word, like mothers do.
