Had the most incredible time with Shawn today! We got REALLY lucky and caught our limit of sockeye salmon within an hour which ended up being 95lbs of filets between 4 people. They were massive!! The river was beautiful and Shawn was a wonderful guide. None of us have experience fishing, so it was such a great experience and we now have a fully stocked freezer! 10/10 recommend!

Fishing the Kenai with Chasing Tales was the highlight of our Alaska vacation! It was our first time fishing for salmon and Alex was very patient, provided excellent guidance, and went out of his way to make sure everyone in the group was having a good time. 10/10 experience - can’t recommend Alex (& Jax) enough! We will be back!

Alex is THE best! We had folks in our group with mobility challenges- Alex was accommodating and even helped them get on and off the boat smoothly! Caught over 30 lbs. of salmon! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ experience. Definitely the highlight of the entire Alaska trip!

110% Recommend! Wasn't too early for our trip out on the Kenia. Our fishing guide (Nate) was super cool and professional in all aspects! We had my 7yr old boy with us that totally loved catching his first salmon ever. Nate worked with him to make sure he had the best time possible. We will be calling for some silver fishing very soon!

Had a blast! William with ChasingTails knew where the fish were and put us on them! It was also my daughter’s first time fishing like this, and our guide was super helpful and patient with her.

Our family did a 4 hr float trip with Nate as our guide on the Kenai River. We caught several Rainbow trout and had an amazing Alaskan experience. Nate was great !! He taught us how to fly fish with two of us catching trout with the fly rod. Saw a moose with two calves as well. We will never forget this trip. Thanks to Alex and Nate for unforgettable memories.

Awesome group of guys! If I could give them more stars I would! With it being our first time fishing the Kenai and first time in Alaska they were so informative and knowable of the area and taught us so much about the area and the fish in the area. These guys are the real deal! We will be back!
