I have had two different dealings with this company, and was pleased with the results both times.
The first time, I needed some help in getting my home network straightened up. David Meacham showed up at the appointed time. He quickly determined the problem and fixed it. He explained what I had done wrong, and how to avoid the same mistake in the future.
When it came time to replace my old desktop, I contacted Mr. Meacham for a quote. He sent me a proposal with his recommendations for the various components. When I questioned a few items he explained his reasoning, which convinced me that he was actually interested in building me a good system – not the most expensive one. I told him to go ahead with it, picked it up three days later, and it has performed flawlessly ever since.
I will definitely use this company for any future needs.

Downright rude - asked if they had a part and was told to bring the computer in. When I wanted to make sure they really had the part, they told me to not waste their time and hung up on me.
