I owe to them my life. They stepped in and defended me when I was being a victim of an illegal and racist property management violating my rights not just as Tenant but as human. Scammers. Won’t return my call. They said they paid my past due rent with the Emergency Covid Rent fund, but my landlord never got the check. I have emailed them and left numerous messages. No one has returned my calls. Someone cashed the 4,000$ check. Beware of the Alameda County Rent relief fund. Beware of this company who says they paid it but have not. You can’t even get hold of a real person. It’s so shady.

The Security gards There act like cops or judges, and the reseptionists think they are brain sergents. Now imagin the doctors. People skills neaded at this place and its staff.

I've been a patient Of there's for a couple of years , I really appreciate my PCP she really understands and cares for her patients, I Wish all the PC p's and staff members well, And safety, We are all going through rough times but especially them like we say their on The front lines to be able to take care of us thank you all God-bless.

People think that because you're a landlord or owner that you are the bad guy. In my case , I help out my tenants by giving discounts. I listen to my tenants. I have a tenant that I have helped for 10 years. He hasn't paid his rent for almost 5 months and I'm asking for my apartment back because i have to pay the mortgage and everything that comes along with homeownership. He came to this place and said nothing but lies and the people believe him. He said that he was withholding rent because i wasn't doing repairs . Not once did he say he needed things repaired, he said he didn't have money because he didn't have a job. Pretty soon there's not gonna be any place to rent because this is too much stress for homeowners. The people working here should investigate their clients more before defending them. These people could be defending criminals for all they know.

They will not distribute emergency rental assistance funds!! I applied 11 months ago & still nothing my application status hasn't not changed from RECEIVED STATUS still hasn't made it to next step REVIEWED STAUS! This is horrible I will be contacting local politicians
