Had a very important court appearance that I need a little help to understand. I filled out the paperwork exactly as I was told only to not receive a call back. So I went back to the office, (where I am standing right now) and the lady that answers the phone had a very bad attitude telling me they can't help me even before I explain to them who I am and why I am here. I tried to explain that my court date is on Monday and today is Friday I just need a little help understanding something. The lady on the phone shot me down in flames. I am sure that I will have lots of fun come Monday morning. Thanks a lot people.

Ray is an amazing attorney that I'm incredibly grateful to have had his support. I couldn't have done this without him. He's effective, solid, and warm, a combo that's rare in attorneys'. He made my daughter and I feel very safe in the courtroom. I can't thank him enough. I highly, highly recommend Ray !

I was disappointed. The atty spoke to me as if I were lesser than. I felt belittled and shamed.
The atty was emotionally immature and seemed unaware of the federal laws regarding my legal complaints.
I am a senior citizen, disabled military veteran and a human being.
This atty did not do his due diligence.
I am disappointed this person practices any kind of law at all.
Shameful.
Try harder. Be kinder.

I cannot praise this attorney enough. In May, I was dragged into court and bullied, intimidated and just plain mistreated at a time when I should have been enjoying my newborn son. And then, a guardian angel came into my life and fought for my son and I. Ray Churba took on my case and made no lofty promises or assumptions on what the outcome of my case would be. He simply assured me he would accurately navigate the law and fight for my sons's best interests. He went out, guns blazing for us, and in the end, ensured the law was applied accurately and fairly, in an unfair battle that was started by a person of zero integrity. In the end, He won our case in what many would call a "home run." Nearly all of the opposing side's ridiculous rebuttals were dismissed, thanks to Ray's application of the law, and the judge agreed on all accounts. I'm eternally grateful for Ray. Without him, I likely would have been destroyed in court on my own. He's direct, intimidating in court (I was definitely grateful he was on my side when i saw him in action), and knows exactly what he's doing. he spent countless hours on my case and had my back the entire time. I walked into his office feeling scared, defeated and confused about the legal process. I walked out nearly 8 months later with my head held high, now knowing my rights and having a judgment that ensures my son's best interests are protected. Thank you Ray. You are amazing.

I was given the number for a consultation as a professional referral to Ray Churba at this location. I called left a message ONE time. I received a call from his office stating "I DON'T KNOW HOW YOU GOT HIS MOBILE NUMBER BUT YOU NEED TO STOP CALLING IT" I had no idea I had a number I shouldn't use and i only called it one time so i was a bit confused and feeling attacked .I asked the lady What the income cap is because i need to get a divorce started and she insisted i had to do an application and wouldn't tell me the income cap. We went rounds about this because i didn't want to waste my time .It was all a lie she wanted my address to send me a letter from this lawyer. It stated he is not inclined to work with someone who calls his cell instead of coming into the office to apply. I only ever called this number once and received an attacking call and letter from his office that is mind blowingly unprofessional. The call could have politely let me know I had used the wrong number. I would have deleted the number immediately as i did after this call .I'm just taken back at how misleading this was to ask for my address to send an application but it was actually to send this crazy letter to let me know he wouldn't work with me after already rudely addressing the issue in the call. I can't imagine how they treat hired clients. I will and would be paying money for a professional lawyer. Im already going through enough trying to navigate a divorce let alone to be treated this poorly .

A friend of mine is disabled; he has trouble doing most normal things so he cannot work. As such he doesn't have any resources. His wife who helped care give for him, left him to be with another man.

Then a year or more later she came back and said he had to move out of their old house because she was going to move into it with her new boyfriend and file for divorce. I suggested he go see the Non-profit lawyer downtown. He got to the point in their questionnaire where it asks about children, he honestly said none as they don’t have any. At that point the receptionist said they couldn't help him without children and walked away from the window.

What they don’t know is the woman that he let move in to help care give for him has two daughters living at the house. They might not be his or part of his marriage but by turning him away without the lawyer even taking 15 min to review his situation they have endangered to little girls.

This is the worst non-profit lawyer I have ever seen.

Ray Churba is a saint among men and truly an amazing lawyer. He helped me every step of the way and when things got complicated or tough is when his true colors shines bright. I would recommend him to anyone for any reason.

Very helpful attorneys for people who have low income. Ray Churba is the best lawyer I've ever worked with. It's hard to find someone so compassionate and helpful with legal matters. He stayed in contact throughout the entire process, and was extremely thorough. I would highly recommend Mr. Churba to anyone in need of legal services.
