I wish I could give them 0 stars. I COULD NOT GET THROUGH FOR SO MANY CALLS NEEDING THE SAME THING AS ME "HELP". THIS LADY ANSWERS THE PHONE AT 8:54AM TELLING ME THEY ARE DONE FOR THE DAY AND CALL BACK ON THURSDAY. She told me to call back on Thursday morning. THIS IS SO UNFAIR AND MESSED UP!!!!!

On the website it says they assist with rent but when I gave the number a call they said they don't assist with it. I don't understand that.

Made an appointment for utility assistance and they guy said i can't come back for 4 years because I came 3 times in 4 years. Last time I check they help people once a year. Then proceed to say IF we can help you but the only thing that would be stopping that iss Couldnt even name it. I gave all proper information like always and he still tried to find a reason to not help. WHEN HE DONT HAVE A REASON NOT TO!!!!!

Mr Jeff Clark is really an Angel posing as a human being. I was desperate to get my Insulin pens, I had no way to pay the co-pay because it was too much for me. Without Insulin I will eventually go into a comma or worse.These amazing people at Catholic Social Services didn't embarrass me one iota for asking. He graciously helped me with careful kindness and concern. I have a reprieve now, panic canceled. Thank you God. Amen
