Kinda frustrated they barely spoke to us or considered our case, after a 5 hour drive for what was literally 5 minutes. But then a Mexican family walked in and they couldn't do enough for them.

Very disappointed! Went to go ask some questions but had to pay before hand, the lady at the front desk was very rude! I had gone twice, the day before and today. Both times the lady was unfriendly.

They charge you and they do not answer your questions unless you hire them. I just had a question on what form to fill and got no answer, so unless you are planning on hire them, don't bother. Lawyers give you first consultation for free and answer any question. Very disappointed.
