Not very helpful in knowledge of local resources. Funding is already deem for urgent or emergency housing assistance. Did provide me with a list of local resources.

Catholic Cherities was quick to contact me and submit my information to a local counselor, Rayna. Rayna was exceptionally helpful and compassionate yet firm and fair throughout this journey. I don’t know where I’d be right now if it weren’t for these services but I doubt I’d have a home. With this communities assistance I was able to move into a home with the comfort of financial aid along the way. I am now on my feet and working hard to excel further in life with the security of a home. The deposits, first two months of rent and help with utilities that Rayna assisted me with made every bit of difference to the sink or swim situation I was in leading to today. I am a veteran and I can confirm that this organization takes care of its veterans as promised. Thank you for everything. What once sounded too good to be true in the beginning of this process did turn out to be true.

I called this morning. Let them know I was a single mom with a 3 year old currently homeless. I was told because I was in camp verde and not cottonwood. When I said it didn’t matter where I went I just need a place. I was asked if I knew how hard it was to find a place. Considering I’m already homeless and have been searching I think I knew how hard it was. These people should really think about the things they tell people calling in need of help.

Catholic charities only helps the homeless because they are a lucrative source of revenue from wealthy anonymous donations. The reality is they are a busines like any other. This corporation DOES NOT CARE for those who they cannot profit off ESPECIALLY their own employees.

People here are great, if you need help in the area they can and will give you what you need. They have a ton of resources available to you and a first step housing program to get you into an apartment with F/L/S. You need to be active in the process but if you put in the work they will do anything to help you achieve your dreams

Super friendly folks here! An asset to the community! My wife and I stop in to deposit small bags of trash, collected in the nearby forest areas, in to the dumpster. We have gotten a much needed pair of shoes, a book to read, drinking water and many smiling faces have always greeted us! Every town should be so lucky to have such a great resource run by an amazing bunch!
