If I could give negative stars I would. Laughing at people when they ask for help. Hidden accounts they don’t notify you of. Excessive fees, unhelpful, rude, and disrespectful! Don’t laugh at people in horrible situations

If I could go less than 1 star I would... this place and this county is a joke. Taxes are ridiculous for the 2 vehicles I have for property taxes. Nothing newer than 2015. Drive up here to pay my property taxes after the website fails to work, and they are closed when it's not a holiday day and internet says they are still open. Can't get an answer when you call or anything. Absolute joke of local government..

I have been trying to call this office for 3 weeks! All I ever get is "everyone's busy. Please call back later." Three weeks and about 30 calls later, I'm still getting the same results.
