Rude individuals who don’t answer their phones and they’ll snoop to find INCORRECT information but sure as hell won’t do any work on their own to verify the information or correct their misinformation fact finding adventures, which ultimately delays getting things reapproved. They send threatening letters with unreasonable timelines on the now due to the snail mail.
This office and county need all new staff.

I am truly impressed with everyone here. Kind smiles, warm receptions, and careing hearts! They were very helpful and informative. I know how overworked and understaffed the social workers are right now, however they didnt let that compromise how quality of their work. Wonderful People!

Poor service and the lady at the front desk is always rude and never seems to know what she's talking about. Nobody ever answers their phones and they all seem to drag their feet when it comes to approving applications for SNAP or Medicaid.

I hope that anyone that ever has to deal with social services doesn't go through what I have been through with them. It has been hell and all because they got called on my husband not me and I got the backlash from it

Good luck getting anyone to answer the phones or call you back. You’re constantly being spoken over or interrupted. It’s a terrible place, I wish I lived outside of Carroll county so I didn’t have to deal with them.
