I don't understand why people say she's rude, she is not, she is straight to the point. That's what you want in a attorney. This woman knows how to work in a court room. If you are honest and have your proof, she will work her butt off for you. I've had several attorneys in the past and they all screwed me over. Carla is the real deal. She cares about kids and only wants the best for them. If I could give her 10 stars I would. She's absolutely incredible. And FYI, you want your attorney to make notes when they talk to you. She has to build your case.

Unorganized. Always took notes at appointments but seemed she couldn’t ever remember what was going on, clearly stated how she would charge a flat rate if it didn’t go to court. We never went to court and she still charged more than she stated. She was misleading. She initially gave a great impression, not sure what she had going on. Make her draw up a contract in writing. My experience was she put on a big game and then lacked clear communication, dishonest and not organized. I almost made a complaint to the bar about her work ethic.

Carla and her staff, they were wonderful. My family was falling apart and I was hurting. Communication was clear and precise. I believe she really does fight for the kids! It was a great comfort to have chosen her. Thank you Carla for your service.

She was good at the beginning, made me think I had a good case. A day before court she rolled over and told me to take the deal being offered. Her entire story changed and nothing she told me in the beginning was even close to how it actually was. She later admitted most of the the things she came up with where offered by the other team. She took my money and was a placeholder of representation. I don't think she even tried, and her estimates on child support where wildly off. Do your own research if your planning on going with her.

I am a former foster parent and whenever Carla was the ad litem for one of my kids, she would faithfully set up a meeting so she could speak one on one with them before she represented them before the courts. I had kids who didn’t have her for their ad litem and their representatives did not call to see them nor simply call to check on them. Carla made the kids she represented know that she cared. I had such positive experiences with her back then and have used her as my own attorney for personal matters. I was confident that she would lead me correctly and look out for my best interest. I knew I was in very capable and caring hands with her.

Great lawyer and very understanding. Went above and beyond to take care of all the necessary paperwork and filing. I was able to get custody of my kids with ease. She kept in touch through the entire process. Hope to never need her again but if I need family law she is the only lawyer I will call.

I wouldn’t take my dog here to be represented. She doesn’t represent her clients fairly she’s more likely to make a deal behind the judges chamber in secret so she doesn’t have to go to a trial or do any actual work. Remember when you hire an attorney they are supposed to work for you. You don’t work for them. Anyways and if she represents you and a spouse (because your married) in a case don’t think she won’t turn on your spouse and go against them in another case which is completely unethical and considered misconduct. I know a few people that had to send in complaints to the judiciary committee over some client violations for this same reason. She only cares about a pay day not her clients. She’s very rude and unprofessional. Go any place else.

We have used Carla Fuller for two seperate cases. We were extremely impressed both times. We had spoken with three other lawyers about our case and were not impressed with their ideas or what they had to say. We knew we had chosen our lawyer after just 10 minutes visiting with Carla. She had the passion about our case that we needed to make us feel comfortable. I have referred two other people that have needed a lawyer to her and both of their outcomes were exactly what they hoped for. We had a special case that wasn't as open and shut as we had hoped but she did what she needed to do to convince the Judge of what needed to be done. She goes above and beyond what any other lawyer we have spoken to would do. I completely recommend her to anyone.
